Listings are information, not endorsements

Listings are built from open data and owner submissions. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that any listing is complete, current or correct. A listing does not mean we recommend, verify or endorse a business unless it is marked as verified. Always confirm licenses, insurance, prices and terms directly with a business before hiring or buying.

Sponsored content

Ads and featured placements are paid or promotional and are labeled "Sponsored" or "Featured." Some featured businesses are affiliated with the company that runs this site.

Submissions

When you submit a listing or correction, you confirm you have the right to share that information and you allow us to publish and edit it for the directory. We may decline or remove any submission.

Paid upgrades and ads

Paid services are described on the upgrade and advertise pages and are governed by the order or agreement you accept when you buy. No one can guarantee search rankings, AI answers, traffic or sales, and we do not.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in bulk, attempt to break its security, submit false information or use listings to send spam.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or from dealing with any listed business.

Not a government site

CO Business List is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of Colorado or any government agency.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
