Claim questions
Does it cost anything to claim my listing?
No. Claiming, correcting and removing a listing are free and always will be. Upgrades such as Verified ($9.99 a month or $99 a year) and Featured ($29 a month) are optional and sold separately on the upgrades page.
How do you confirm I own or manage the business?
Before anything changes, we contact the business by phone or email to confirm the request. If we cannot confirm it, the listing stays as it is and we let you know what we need.
How long does a claim take?
Most claims and corrections are made within a few business days of confirming with the business. Changes for Verified listings are made within 1 business day.
Can I have my listing removed instead?
Yes. Choose "Remove my listing" in the form or use the contact page. Once we confirm the request with the business, we take the listing down.
My business is not listed. What do I do?
Add it free. It takes about two minutes, and we place it in the right city and category (Colorado businesses only).
Will claiming my listing help my Google ranking?
Do not expect a ranking boost from any single directory. Links on listings are nofollow. What a correct listing does give you is one more accurate, consistent record of your name, phone and website, and a page that people searching this directory can find.
